New Arrivals

New Arrivals this week:
1 & 2 Thessalonians by Phillip Harding.
The city of Thessalonica was situated on the famous Egnatian way and was a key city in Macedonia, being its chief port. It was therefore strategically and comercially important. Its population was mostly Gentile but a large company of Jews with their Synagogue exerted a strong influence upon the Gentiles.

The gospel came to Thessolonica through the apostle Paul and his companions and some of the Jews and many of the Gentiles were saved. It is the firm conviction of Phillip Harding that just as the Thessalonian believers needed the grace of God to live for Him - so do we today.

Other recent arrivals include:
The Gospel In Genesis by Martin Lloyd Jones, never-before-published sermons on the early chapter of Genesis.

The Silent Governness, by Julie Klassen, new historical fiction, part of our Fiction for a Fiver range of novels.

C.H. Spurgeon: The People's Preacher, a new drama documentary dvd on the life and preaching of this remarkable man of God. Also available is a companion paperback biography of the same name.
